Paymentwall Inc. is the global leading digital distribution platform. Office hours are from 10am to 7pm. Earlier or later if needed – as you are likely the one who we can entrust to help out before and after events or activities. As our Operations team member, you would be supporting everyone in the office, and the company locally and globally.
Coordinate with teams in different time zones with our global offices.
Perform operations duties, i.e supplies, fix it, mail /documents, errands, orders, food pick up, moving or assemble furniture, painting, etc. “no job too small or big”
Develop solutions for our office needs.
Optimize the office by creating new procedures.
Make a noticeable contribution to the company.
Arranges meeting schedules/agendas
Coordinate detailed travel itinerary, both nationally and internationally (booking flights/hotels/car rentals etc)
Maintain office appearance and inventory of office supplies
Willing to respond to group needs at off-hours
Maintaining and stocking the facilities i.e kitchen, includes setting up restocking snacks and making sure area is clean, etc.
Manage UPS, USPS and FedEx shipments, and distributing incoming mail and documents
Manage the bi-weekly Costco orders for the office
Scan and file documents/invoices
Inventory of office supplies.
Maintaining office space.
Any ad hoc duties requested & general office duties.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
Someone who has previous work experience in operations but as an assistant. The work load will consists of day to day, and similar to most 4 year old companies some days would have different tasks to meet the needs and demands of our growing company on a global scale
Has the passion for innovation and loves the startup culture and its community.
Those with the ability to think outside of the box.
Those who have tradeshow / convention knowledge or experience behind the scenes or in front of the scene is a huge plus.
Those with an interest in the payments, gaming, dating and digital space industry.
Those who are familiar with international and domestic shipments, large and small volume.
Those who are handy or understands how to create floor plans & staging for tradeshows is a plus.
Have travel experience and understand cultural practices around the world is a bonus.

Must have experience making independent, complex decisions and have the ability to thrive in a complex environment.
Knowledge in the following software programs: advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, intermediate Power Point, and Apple products experience preferred.
Ability to prioritize duties effectively and demonstrate the flexibility needed to meet the various administrative and clerical needs.
Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels and departments throughout the organization.

Must be able to predict the outcome and plan for it as well as anticipating problems/obstacles with the intent to find possible solutions to solve them
Graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, HR, PR, or related field preferred.
Confident, fun, friendly, and most importantly organized.
Communicate effectively with teammates and work with external consultants.
Detail oriented, positive attitude, and the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines.
Have excellent intercultural competences and experience working with a diverse range of people.
Speaks an Asian language
Knowledge or interest in the caretaking of botany
