Develop new business in new verticals through actively identifying prospective businesses and understanding their business model and monetization needs.
Actively and successfully manage the sales process: from lead generation and pitching new clients, negotiations, getting agreements signed and then handing over the deal to the Account Management Team.
Present Paymentwall to potential clients through direct communication including face-to-face meetings, networking events, cold emails and social media including Facebook.
Involve yourself with the marketing team to increase Paymentwall’s visibility in current and new markets and industries.
Prioritize your own tasks without having to be micromanaged.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
1+ years of Business Development experience.
Experience in the payments or online technology industry highly preferred.
Confident, organized, team player and most importantly business savvy.
Able to communicate effectively even at times at a technical level.
Excellent business etiquette and follow up procedures.
Detail oriented, positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
University bachelors or above is required
Have excellent intercultural competences and experience working in diverse teams.
